  Lakshmi Lewis is the best Mortgage Broker on the planet! She was instrumental at getting a mortgage approved.
  
  Let me explain, back in June 2018 I had a condo closing and I had to come up with the mortgage funds to close the deal.
  
  I had a firm commitment however I wanted to get my son to get his feet wet and be a first time home buyer so I asked the builder to change the purchase agreement to add my son as the purchaser of the property and he would in turn have to qualify as a first time home buyer. Long story short that saved me tons on the downpayment and closing cost etc.
  
  This is where Lakshmi the best mortgage agent on the planet saved the day by being persistent and no giving up she was instrumental in getting my son approved for the mortgage when no other bank or financial institution would touch the deal given my son had only 1 year of employment history.
